So, I thought the queasy feeling I had 24/7 since 4 weeks was the full swing of morning sickness. Over the weekend, however, I learned that I was oh so wrong! For your sake, and so I don't have to relive it, I'll skip details and just let you all know that you shouldn't expect to hear from me for the next few weeks!!
See you all in the second tri!

Sorry you're feeling yucky. Eating some form of protein at each meal/snack and eating frequently always helped me. All I wanted in the first trimester was white bread, which was NOT what my body needed so I had to sort of make myself eat stuff. Sounds like you have it worse than I did, though.
Have you discovered mothering.com? I was on the discussion forums all the time when I was pregnant.
Feel better soon!
